We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel please do so 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.
To show our gratitude we would like to offer 10% off of any service to you if you refer someone to us and also 10%off to the one you refer to us.
*To ensure you get the utmost treatment available, please be attentive to your children in the salon If you are coming in for a longer than normal service.
**For the safety of everyone, please make sure that all children are not left unattended in the salon during your appointment.
Please be advised that all services are non-refundable. If their is a case where the stylist may have made a mistake and you need a correction done to your service, their will be no charge if you contact the salon within 48 hours of service to schedule a correction. However, if you fail to contact the salon within 48 hours of your service it will not be free of charge. No exceptions.
All product sales must be returned within 3 days and will receive in-salon credit. No cash refunds will be given for product returns .
