
CHILDREN POLICY
For the safety of our guests and to maintain a professional salon environment, children are permitted in the salon ONLY when they have a scheduled appointment and are receiving a service. We kindly ask that guests make alternate arrangements for children who are not being serviced.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit their deposit. No-shows will be charged and all deposits are non-refundable.
***REFUND POLICY***
Please be advised that all services are non-refundable. All stylists are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their services.
No refunds or service corrections are issued by the salon. Any concerns must be addressed directly with the stylist who performed the service.
Stylists cannot adjust or refund work done by another stylist.
All product sales must be returned within 3 days and will receive in-salon credit. No cash refunds will be given for product returns .
